Welcome to Loosta Car. Loosta Car is pleased to provide services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this agreement carefully, before accessing or using the Service. If you do not accept the Terms and conditions expressed here, do not use this Website, Application or the service. By using this Website and or Application and or the service, you expressly agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein without limitation or qualification. and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Loosta Car are superseded and of no force or effect. Loosta Car is a Service enabling you to book, and pay for, a vehicle Transfer through the use of an application supplied by us and downloaded and installed by you on your single mobile device (smartphone) (Application) or via our Website. It connects you to drivers so that the drivers may pick you up and take you where you need to go. The Application allows you to track the driver’s location and manage other functions.

By registering on our Website or Application, you consent to the validity of these Terms and Conditions. Neither the registration nor the use of the complete spectrum of Services shall be possible without the consent to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Following such amendment, the continued use of our Services by you is subject to your consent to such amended terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Services following posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. Premium Taxis and Limousines may also, in the future offer news services and/or features through the Services. Such new features and/or services shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Your agreement with us By using our Services, you are entering into an agreement with us to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. In order to be able to first use our Services, you first need to sign up with us. When signing up, you are obliged to provide us with your personal information. Upon successful completion of your signing up with us, we will provide you with a personal account, accessible for you with a password of your choice. You may also choose to provide us with your credit card or account details. Rewards points expire after 2 years and are capped with a limit of $50.00 per transfer. 

All cancellations must be sent via e-mail to book@premiumtaxis.com.au, or cancelled via the website www.loosta.net. Phone call cancellations are also accepted. If cancellation is made less than 24 Hours from time of scheduled reservation Loosta Car reserves the right to charge the in full amount for the reservation. Discretion will used upon the individual transfer.
CHAUFFEUR MEETING POINT
Terminal 1- T1 Qantas

Chauffeur meeting Point is at the Gloria Jeans Café near the luggage carousels. Please make contact with your driver before collecting your luggage.

Terminal 2- T2 International

Chauffeur meeting point is located near the Optus Shop On the ground level at Arrival Hall.

Terminal 3 -T3 Virgin

Chauffeur meeting point is at the bottom of the escalator. You will need to proceed to baggage carousel down the escalator.

Terminal 4 -T4 Jetstar/Tiger

Chauffeur meeting point is at Go Convenience Store on the ground level next to the luggage carousels. Please make contact with your driver.

Please note:

If you cannot locate your driver at the airport please call the office on 0428 0428 28. One of our staff will then advise you where the driver is waiting. If you fail to locate your driver and do not contact the office by phone and make alternative arrangements, you will be charged the full amount of the fare plus waiting time.

A no-show fee equal to the total trip cost plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated pickup locations without calling loosta car on 0428 0428 28.
A 20% surcharge for service is applicable after 11pm and before 4am. There is a surcharge scheduled Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, Spring Racing Carnival, Grand Prix and other Special Events and some Public Holidays. Prices for these days will be Quoted/ Priced accordingly.
We accept cash and most major credit cards, AMEX, Master Card, Visa, Cabcharge and Accounts.
Hourly rates are Billed from the Booking time. Fractions of an hour are charged at a 15 min increments.
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions and/or with the use of the Services are governed by the laws of Australia. © 2013 Loosta.net
